Features
- Redesigned the top toolbar; removed unnecessary labels.
- Current values for RF, AF, TX, and SELF controls are now shown in tooltips.
- Added tooltips to all control elements.
- Added Center and Zoom to Band buttons.
- Enhanced the vertical ruler: added mouse wheel interaction zones for adjusting zoom and spectrum analyzer level.
- Updated the design of spots and their tooltips.
